Pool Party!

It rained almost all weekend so we mostly just hung around. Today we saw a small window of sunshine so we decided to attempt some pool time at Wesley's boss' house. We got in about 20 minutes of swimming before it started pouring down rain...oh well, at least we got some good pics. Check out her HUGE legs! She loved it even though her bathing suit was a little too snug for her =)

9 month check-up

Sophie had her 9 month check-up last week. Thankfully, she didn't have to get any shots but she did have to get her finger pricked which turned out worse than the immunizations!! She weighed 20 lbs 4 oz (which was a shock because she looks and feels MUCH bigger). She was in the 90th %ile for her height and 75th %ile for her head circumference and weight. She's been pretty consistent which her Dr. said is good!

9 Months Old!!

Sophia is 9 months old today! I can't believe how the time has flown by. It's seems like just yesterday I was pregnant!! I also can't believe how big she is...especially her face! She looks like she was stung by a bee =)

Happy Mother's Day!!

We had a great mom's day today! We hung out this morning and went out to Wesley's aunt & uncle's for lunch. The bottom pic is Sophie giving me my mother's day card. The other two we took at Wesley's aunt & uncle's farm. She was so excited she found some more grass to try to eat!! We hope everyone had a GREAT Mother's Day!

Daddy's #1 Fan!

Wesley loves to swing his golf club after work. Do you see the nice dirt spot he's worn away in our grass? Lovely, isn't it? I thought this was a cute pic even though Sophie was more interested in trying to eat the grass than actually watch Wes.

She's found my closet!

Sophie has found my closet and she loves it! Every morning she crawls in there and plays with my shoes and looks in the mirror. You should see the mirror...it is such a mess with dried drool and hand prints!
