Monkey Business!

So, here's the story behind all this...Wes & I went to Las Vegas a few years ago and missed our first flight cuz we overslept. Well, the following Christmas we received several alarm clocks from my family. One makes monkey sounds and Soph has fallen in love with it! We were able to get this vid today (please ignore the vacuum cleaner in the background)! She has figured out how to push the button and then will copy you to make monkey noises. I feel Wes and I both look like idiots in this video, me for making the noises and him for not knowing how to turn it on!!!!!

Picnic at the Discovery Center!

The weather was so nice yesterday so we decided to take a picnic lunch to the Discovery Center. We didn't go in the musuem...just walked around the boardwalk. Soph had a good time and we saw ducks, turtles, a great blue heron, and some fish!

11 Months Old TODAY!

I can't believe Sophie is 11 months old today! She is getting so big and is becoming such a copy cat to us! She still only has 2 teeth though. They came in soo fast and then nothing...oh well, I know they will come in due time!!

Sophia has been climbling the stairs for some time now and she's soo fast! She will be up them in the blink of an eye! I tried to get some good pics but only ended up with a few because she was too focused on getting to the top than to pose for the camera!

Cooking out with Cadence!

We had our friends Josh & Miranda and their little girl, Cadence over last night for supper. Soph & Cadence had a good time playing together! They are only 6 months apart in age so we will have our hands full as they grow up together =)
